Cookies and browser storage
Last updated 17 October 2026
Draft for review by Qonsort Limited. These pages are not a certification of legal compliance.
Sign-in storage
BoardDates stores sign-in session information in your browser’s local storage so that you stay signed in and your session can be refreshed. Local storage does not have a built-in expiry; session validity is managed by the sign-in service. Signing out removes the current session from this browser.
A temporary local-storage entry named bd_next remembers which page to open after sign-in. The app removes it when that destination is read; otherwise it can remain until your browser storage is cleared.
Hosting and measurement
Our hosting provider may use technical cookies and collect request or error information to operate and protect the site. Lovable also provides built-in visitor measurement on published sites. The published site’s cookie names, storage lifetimes, measurement behaviour and any consent requirements need to be checked before this draft is finalised.
We have not added an advertising-cookie tool or a separate Google Analytics integration to BoardDates. This is not a claim that hosting or embedded external services never use cookies.
Typefaces and external links
The site loads Inter typefaces from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address and normal connection information when your browser requests those files. Opening a meeting, materials or calendar link takes you to a separate service with its own cookie and privacy arrangements.
Your choices
You can clear cookies and site data or block storage through your browser settings. Blocking sign-in storage can prevent you from staying signed in. A cookie banner is not a substitute for blocking non-essential storage before consent where consent is required; the hosting and measurement review must determine whether a consent control is needed here.
